Only people who agreed to receive WhatsApp messages from your business: your customers, members, patients or students who shared their number with you for updates. Promotions need their agreement to marketing too. This keeps your number in good standing with WhatsApp.
WhatsApp lets businesses message people outside an open chat only through message formats it has approved, called templates. You write it once, with blanks for things like name and date, and WhatsApp usually approves it within minutes to a few hours. Our ready ideas include the wording, and we help you get it approved.
